Thursday was one of those days where just about everything that could go wrong, did.
Severe weather, canceled and delayed deliveries, and hours of waiting made for an incredibly difficult pantry day. Through it all, our volunteers stayed, worked through the rain, unloaded late deliveries, and did everything they could to serve our community.
We know Thursday was frustrating, and we’re sorry things did not go as planned. Delivery issues happen, but we are asking questions and demanding accountability so we can do better for the people who depend on us.
Most importantly, thank you to our volunteers who stuck it out and to everyone who showed patience and understanding. We’ll be back to our regular pantry schedule soon. ❤️
