⚠️ COMMUNITY ALERT: CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFTS
We are aware of several catalytic converter thefts that occurred yesterday morning, during daylight hours, in and around the Centerville section of Ozone Park.
If your catalytic converter was stolen, please file a police report. Even if you believe nothing will come of it, the incident needs to be documented!
Multiple neighbors are being affected. Without reports, there is no accurate record of how widespread the problem is. Those reports matter when requesting additional police patrols and enforcement in our community.
Please document it. Report it. Call 911 or visit your local NYPD precinct to file a report.
As always, remain vigilant and report suspicious activity when you see it.
