Illegal dumping remains a continuous issue in our community and beyond. Our volunteers were on patrol when they witnessed and reported two separate instances of unlawful dumping of household and business garbage in Ozone Park. We were able to provide vital evidence to the New York City Department of Sanitation, who is currently investigating.
