After a well-known and beloved member of the City Line community was found dead in his home, an investigation commenced with the NYPD, FBI, and other agencies. Police found his body surrounded by chemicals, bottles labeled with hazmat and biohazard warnings, and suspicious notes. The significant response caused City Line to become backed up with traffic, so the NYPD asked COPCP for assistance. Six volunteers assisted with moving traffic, rerouting buses, crowd control, and securing the area around the scene for 5 hours.
