On Dec 4th at 3 AM, our patrol members reported a street takeover on Rockaway Blvd. A flash mob of cars with about 100 people shut down the street, performing very dangerous stunts that put everyone at risk. We thank the 102nd Precinct for the quick response and disbursement.
